1. Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item.
