For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return

Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).
